The questions we get asked most, answered plainly. If yours is not here, just ask us.
We use DMIT — Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test. It reads the biometric ridge patterns on the ten fingertips, which form in the womb and never change, and maps them against the brain lobes and Howard Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences. The reading covers innate potential, brain dominance, learning style, personality and planning-versus-delivery style.
The capture takes about ten minutes and is completely non-invasive.

No. Because ridge patterns form before birth and do not change afterwards, the assessment can be taken at any age — from young children through to working adults and senior management.
What changes is how the report is used. For a young child the focus is on learning style and how to teach them; for an adult it is career direction and working style; for an organisation it is role fit and succession.
The capture itself takes around ten minutes. The report and the consultation that goes with it are arranged separately — a one-to-one consultation typically runs two to three hours.
No. Ridge patterns are fixed before birth and stay the same for life, so one assessment is valid permanently. This is the main practical difference between DMIT and questionnaire-based tools, which reflect how you feel on the day you answer them.
Yes. Assessment results are shared only with you, or with a parent or guardian in the case of a child, or with the organisation that commissioned a corporate or school programme where that has been agreed in advance. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
