DISC describes how someone behaves at work — how they communicate, handle pressure and respond to authority. Dermatoglyphic analysis looks at innate capacity rather than observed behaviour. Many organisations end up using both, for different decisions.
A questionnaire records how you answer on the day you sit it — useful, and sensitive to mood, context and self-awareness. A biometric reading does not change, because the pattern formed before you were born. Neither replaces the other, and we would rather you knew that before you chose.
