How Lunix Luminous Sdn. Bhd. collects, uses and protects your personal data.
This website is operated by Lunix Luminous Sdn. Bhd., 08-09, Menara K1, Lorong 3/137C, Jalan Klang Lama, 58200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

When you submit an enquiry form on this site, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to write in the message field. Depending on the form, this may also include your role, organisation, location, or number of students.
When you take an assessment with us, we collect the biometric ridge patterns captured during the session, together with the personal details needed to produce and deliver your report.
We also collect standard technical information that your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visited.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our email host and website host — and only to the extent needed to do that work. We may disclose information where required by law.
Assessment results are shared only with you, or with the parent or guardian in the case of a minor, or with the organisation that commissioned a corporate or school programme where that has been agreed in advance.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to follow up, and then for as long as our business records require. Assessment data is retained so that we can continue to support you over time, as a profile does not change. You may ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal, accounting or regulatory reasons.
This site uses analytics and advertising measurement tools — currently Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and a Meta pixel. These set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then behave differently.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request that inaccurate data be corrected, withdraw a consent you previously gave, and ask us to stop using your details for marketing. We will respond to any such request in accordance with the Act. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.
Many of our clients are children, and their assessments are arranged and consented to by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from a child without that consent.
We may update this notice. The current version is always the one published on this page.
